What time should I arrive?
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at St Bartholomew's Church and be seated by 10:50am ahead of the ceremony.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available at St Bartholomew's Church, and ample parking is available at Ellingham Hall for all guests.
What is the dress code?
We kindly request elegant attire for the day. For the church ceremony, gentlemen are asked to wear ties and ladies are invited to wear hats or fascinators. Guests are welcome to wear any colour or style, provided it is mindful and respectful of the church setting.
Will there be a bar?
Yes. In addition to the welcome drinks, toast drinks, and wine or beer served with the wedding breakfast, bars will be available throughout the day and evening where guests may purchase additional drinks at their own expense.
Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. We know many of our family and friends are travelling and spending both time and money to celebrate with us, and we truly don't expect anything more than having you there on our special day.
As we live in Dubai, we kindly request no physical gifts, as transporting them home would be difficult.
Should you still wish to mark the occasion with a gift, we would be incredibly grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon fund using the bank details provided below.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photographs or using their phones during the ceremony. We have two professional photographers who will capture the occasion in a meaningful and respectful way, allowing everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us.

Will transport be provided between the church and venue?
A coach will be available from St Bartholomew's Church to Ellingham Hall following the ceremony. If you would like to reserve a seat, please indicate this on the form on the Travel page.
Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Yes. Guests attending the reception are welcome to leave their vehicles at Ellingham Hall overnight and collect them the following day by 11am.
Where should I stay?
A selection of onsite and nearby accommodation options can be found on our Accommodation page. Guests staying in rooms at Ellingham Hall will be contacted directly regarding room allocations.
What happens if I have dietary requirements?
Please let us know of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when completing the Menu Selection form on our website and we will ensure suitable alternatives are provided.
Is the venue accessible?
Ellingham Hall has accessible facilities including lifts and ramps. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance.
Can I post photos on social media?
We kindly ask guests not to take photographs or videos during the ceremony itself. We have professional photographers capturing every special moment, and we'd love everyone to be fully present and enjoy the ceremony with us.
Throughout the rest of the day, please feel free to take photos with your friends and family. We simply ask that you avoid posting candid photos or videos of the bride and groom on social media, as we'd love the opportunity to share those special moments ourselves first.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our plans accordingly.
Can I bring snacks for my child?
Yes. Parents are welcome to bring snacks and drinks for their children. If your child has any dietary requirements, please let us know when completing your Menu Selection form.
